I love salsa on everything! Especially when it is homemade. Here is a super easy recipe. Try making it the day before you need it to give the flavors time to meld together in the refrigerator.
1 (14oz) can petite diced tomatoes
3 Tablespoons canned sliced jalapenos
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 Cup sliced green onions
- Throw ALL ingredients into your food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate left overs.
